We are committed to your complete satisfaction with any purchase from Gusto & Grace. Our products usually come with standard supplier and/or manufacturer warranties. These differ from each supplier, so if you have any doubts or issues with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible. In all cases of you being less than satisfied upon receipt of your delivery, please advise us immediately.
We do stand behind all our products and most items will be checked for quality and performance prior to dispatch. However, in the slim chance you do receive something from us that is flawed or arrives to you damaged we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange – whichever you prefer.
Please make contact with us if you are unhappy for any reason as soon as possible after you receive your delivery. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, you must let us know via email to: email@example.com
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that your delivery looks like it has been damaged in transit and it is a ‘signature required’ courier delivery, please sign for it ‘Subject to Inspection’, inspect the package immediately and let us know immediately if the goods are damaged and in your opinion have been damaged in transit. This will enable us to make a claim for the damaged goods and then send you a replacement.
In every other case of you receiving a product that is broken or not working as expected, let us know immediately and we will set the wheels in motion to exercise a warranty claim with our supplier. Wait to hear from us – we will advise you as soon as possible.
As you would probably expect and appreciate, if you accidentally stuff up and bugger an item, or the dog chews it, or you drop it while hanging it on the wall, we offer our commiserations and condolences, but sadly we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in these circumstances.
Wrong colour, wrong size, bad choice
However, if for any reason you simply change your mind on your order, we will be happy to exchange for an alternative item, swap for gift vouchers or a credit note that can be used at a later date (usually for NZ delivery customers only as the cost of return freight may make a return option uneconomic – but again talk to us if you’re unhappy).
The item(s) being returned for exchange or credit MUST be in mint saleable condition, returned within 7 days of receiving acceptance advice from us AND must be returned in the original packaging (including any gift box the item may have come in). You must arrange this with us prior to sending anything back to us. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. No exchange or credit will be arranged until we have received the returned item. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange the cost of sending you the item in the first place.
