International Customers (outside New Zealand) – as much as we love the global marketplace and our existing international clients, we DO NOT SHIP internationally at present. For a variety of reasons (freight costs, insurance, security, customs/tax/duty issues etc.), we have decided to focus on New Zealand for the time being.
NB: If you live outside New Zealand you may still buy from us for delivery to family and friends in New Zealand.

NZ customers, we are here to help and appreciate your business and support. When you get to the checkout stage of your purchase you’ll need to select the freight option that best suits your purchase and delivery address – the options are featured below. Plus at the checkout you’ll need to tick that you accept our terms and conditions. Here they are in black and white (with a bit of red and blue thrown in for good measure):
All of our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We currently accept Visa and MasterCard via DPS secure checkout.

Your Gusto & Grace Online purchase will be superbly packaged and protected for delivery. We use PBT Couriers for delivery to the main centres and NZ Post for rural and smaller provincial towns.
The majority of our orders will ship from our suppliers’ warehouses in New Zealand. Commonly known as ‘drop-shipping’ usually makes it quicker and more secure. Please note our contact details are on our ‘Contact Us’ page, but please email us any issues in the first instance. If you do ring us, and if your call is not answered please a message. We will endeavor to respond to all messages as soon as we can.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending upon the delivery location. Typically 1-2 days North Island main centres, 2-3 days South Island main centres.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day (or 2) delivery time.
Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
P&P charges (Courier or NZ Post plus packaging):
Courier and post charges are expensive! We on-charge you our cost and do not attempt to make any margin on post and packaging rates. For NZ deliveries we ship with PBT Couriers (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Delivery) or NZ Post and you get to self select your freight option at the checkout. However we will be watching and our team are sharp, so no trying to pull the wool. We know that a 50cm Karlsson clock will not fit in an A5 courier bag, and we actually know where all the towns and cities are in the world! And if you select the wrong rate and end up paying too much we will refund the difference. Our selection of freight options at the checkout look like this:

NZ Delivery Customers:
Alarm Clock Nationwide: $5.00 (smaller Alarm clocks. PBT Couriers A5 Courier Bag PBPak5. 1-3 day delivery time, Rural delivery addresses will be sent with NZ Post. Typically for the small stuff <500 grams)
Auckland City: $7.00 (PBT Couriers to main metropolitan Auckland area for parcels up to 15kg – excludes rural delivery addresses. Deliveries to rural addresses will go with NZ Post)
North Island: $14.00 (everywhere else in the North Island of NZ outside the main Auckland area)
South Island: $19.00 (everywhere on the mainland NZ, usually a 2 -3 day delivery time)
Large Clock (>40cm diameter): $26.00 (this is a nationwide rate and reflects the very real cost of bulky deliveries)
Freight Free: No Charge to you – we’ll pay (but only by prior arrangement).
Our couriers do not deliver on weekends. Bulky and/or fragile items (e.g. clocks) will require additional packaging and may incur extra delivery charges. We will advise you of these should this be necessary.
NB: at the checkout please select the appropriate freight option for your order for NZ delivery. PLEASE NOTE: you must tick the checkbox and self select the freight option for your delivery.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with any purchase from Gusto & Grace. Our products usually come with standard supplier and/or manufacturer warranties. These differ from each supplier, so if you have any doubts or issues with your purchase please let us know.
We do stand behind all our products and most items will be checked for quality and performance prior to dispatch. However, in the slim chance you do receive something from us that is flawed or arrives to you damaged we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange – whichever you prefer.
In the unlikely event that your delivery looks like it has been damaged in transit and it is a ‘signature required’ courier delivery, please sign for it ‘Subject to Inspection’, inspect the package immediately and let us know asap if the goods have been damaged in transit. We will need to initiate a claim with the freight company.
In all cases of you being less than satisfied upon receipt of your delivery, please advise us immediately.
As you would probably expect and appreciate, if you accidentally stuff up and bugger an item, or the dog chews it, or you drop it while hanging it on the wall, we offer our commiserations and condolences, but sadly we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in these circumstances.
However, if you received 2 of the same item as gifts or your purchase is not what you thought, we will be happy to exchange for an alternative item, or a credit note that can be used at a later date.
The item(s) being returned for exchange or credit MUST be in mint saleable condition, returned within 7 days of receiving acceptance advice from us AND must be returned in the original packaging (including any gift box the item may have come in). You must arrange this with us prior to sending anything back to us. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. No exchange will be arranged until we have received the returned item. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange the cost of sending you the item in the first place.
